Why is it that this certain someone is always getting credit for something this person never did? I hate it when people who actually did something go unrecognized, while people who never did always get praised!

This is technically based on the 5 P's of marketing my dear idjea. Something they have mastered.
Price - they make themselves look good at your expense or simply you pay the price for their pseudo- achievement-cum-i-thought-about-it-while-you -suggested-it-two-months-ago credit grabbing approach.
Product - its a product of their own imagination - delusional even - that they are achieving something, again at your own expense.
Positioning - hmmmmmm? relative to sexual activity i guess. But this doesn't mean you cant compete.This one can definitely be learned with enough practice.I know you can do better.
Promotions - they got promoted. But on how? Remains to be one of the greater mysteries of the unknown universe.Stephen Hawkins will swallow his tongue than try solving this mystery.
Presentation - they are the ultimate masters of this art. Not even the marketing & spin doctors of britney spears nor sharon cuneta can par with there skills. Fancy graphs, lyrical tones while reporting to the boss and many more.
Their can be more P's out there like this 6th P I thought about...

The 6th P is Prayer
Prayer - They always pray to high heavens that no one will expose them for who or what they are. For people who do B.S. for a living this is their ultimate weapon - maybe to the extent of doing self mutilation or human sacrifices (again at your own expense) just to gain an ounce of invisibility. Not invincibility mind you.
Always wondered what they are doing when they are all alone on their laptops ? Not friendster or gmail stupid! They are praying. Yes. Praying for another day to come without them getting noticed by management.
